Safe and Sound was started for a simple reason: when a homeowner here in Ottawa called the big brand-name garage door companies, they got a call centre, a dispatcher, and eventually a subcontractor who'd never seen their door before. Then a bill that looked nothing like the phone quote.
We're a one-person shop on purpose. When you call, you get the certified technician who's coming to your driveway. When you get a price, that's the price on the invoice. When the job is done, you get before-and-after photos so you can see exactly what changed.
